You receive an introduction call where someone goes over your information and asks basic competency and skill questions to gauge whether you are a fit for the role. This pre-interview then is submitted to a team and they will let you know if they are interested in a full interview.

Have you ever led a team and what process did that look like to follow a project from start to completion?

Interview
The interview process was relatively easy. I applied online, spoke with the in house recruiting associate (who was fantastic throughout the whole process), then I had two separate interviews with department heads. All in all, 3 total interviews. The process was not difficult so to speak but from interview to offer ended up being 66 days. A very long process.

2 Zoom calls. My recruiter set everything up. The first was with a Director of Project Management. The second was with the Senior PM on the team I would be working on.
