The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Connor Sport Court (Salt Lake City, UT) in Oct 2023
Interview
Relaxed interview. Panel interview with HR. They seemed interested in previous work and how it can apply to the position. They did not seem to be very interested in internal promotions.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Connor Sport Court (Salt Lake City, UT) in Aug 2020
Interview
I applied for a job with them through a 3rd party recruiter and they made me go through 4 interviews which the CFO thought was even too much. This was for an entry level position too. Then the recruiter told me that weekend that I had the position but the company needed to finalize the process. The recruiter called me on Monday and said they actually wanted me to interview for the 5th time with the HR Manager. After the 5th interview, it took them 3 weeks to decide whether or not to hire me. I got the notification they had an offer and I called them 3 days later to say I am interested but I want to see if you can go hire on salary. (I had one preliminary offer for more money and another that was going to be for more money.) I called the hiring manager after the weekend and he never responded. Finally the recruiter called me and said they were pulling the offer because I asked for more money. This is not something I would want to get involved with if I were you.
