Had a very negative experience interviewing with this company, and much of it can be attributed to the unprofessional behaviour of the HR department. One of the most concerning issues was the HR’s tendency to lowball candidates on their salaries, even when the line manager had not requested such a tactic. (Proven by my former boss) This was done in a deceptive manner by playing word games with the candidates: the terrible HR tried to trick candidates into accepting lower pay by deducting their requested monthly salary and only giving it back after a completion of a two-year contract, and calling their expected salary a “gratuity”. This is not only despicable but also a waste of candidates time who has already stated their expected monthly salary clearly on their CV. To make matters worse, the HR made one to come over to the company just to tell them the contract will only be ready on another day. She also hid the unacceptable 3-month notice period of resignation and only informed new joiners of this on the first day of their work. This lack of transparency was a huge red flag for candidates and made one question the company's ethics and values. Overall, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience with their HR department. Their approach to hiring is seriously flawed and raises serious concerns about how they treat their employees. I urge other job seekers to exercise caution when considering this company as an employer.
