The interview was laid back. Basically Getting to know each other and also learning all the different types of things that they sell. Then during the interview went over how they do their training which is in the field.

Interview
10 Minute phone screen, followed by twenty minute face to face with the general manager, followed by a One day non paid job training where they evaluate your ability to walk for long distances and get rejected frequently, while keeping an upbeat and positive outlook for the next sales pitch. Good practice for entry level professionals looking for an easy interview process, just make sure you wear comfortable shoes for the third interview process.
