Interview
Initially interviewed in October 2019 for the same role. After 2 rounds of interview, I was informed that the role required a candidate with someone more experience in Program management.
Again received the call from the recruitment team in May 2020, saying the role is now open again and my skills exactly match the job description laid out.
After clearly explaining my skillsets requested the Interviewing Panel and the recruiter to carefully evaluate my experience and move forward so no one's time is wasted.
After 2 rounds of interviews, I was told my skillsets and experience do not match the job requirement.
Sorry to inform, the interviewing panel and the recruiters do not have the slightest of idea on what experience/skillsets they need for the job opening.
Candidates spend time and effort to prepare for the interviews, please do not create a negative impression on yourself and the company.

Interview
Initially was interviewed in October 2019 and after a few rounds of interview, was informed that they need someone with more program management experience.
They called again in May 2020 and this time said that my skills exactly matched the current requirement and went through 2 rounds interview process with the same panel.
Few days after the interviews and I get an email stating my skills and experience do not match the current requirement.
Would like to advise the company interviewing Panel and the recruiters to source the profile carefully before interviews. Candidates also spend time to prepare for the interviews.
I spent 5days with an underprepared/clueless interviewers.
