It was a very positive experience, Komal the snr recruiter, reached out to me and she explained all the steps in the interview process very clearly. She mentioned the topics around which the discussions would take place. This helped to a very large extent because I could focussed on those areas. It was not that the exact topic name was provided but it was still very helpful e.g. Unix & networking. Each discussion was centered on a selected topic and I knew that in advance so it helped a lot on the prep front. Not that the questions were trivial but it was a very open process from start to end. At every step ample time was given for my questions and it did not feel like just a formality or any sort of hurry. I am impressed with the process and the way it was conducted.
