Phone Interview-- no Hackerrank. I was a bit confused as to why they wanted to interview me cause it was for a position that i was nowhere near qualified for. Overall, I thought it was a bit disorganized, but looking back the questions werent that bad if you already taken algorithm/data structure classes.
The interview process was super smooth and easy. The interviewers were super nice and the recruiters was super communicative and easy to reach. I had a really easy time scheduling the interviews through their online platform.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Confluent in Nov 2018

One video phone call. I found him to be actually very rude, extremely disinterested, and eager to leave. He actually hung up the call without even saying goodbye? Very difficult to talk to, I'm surprised he's interviewing interns.
