Confirm BioSciences interview questions

Sent in resume > Scheduled and communicated all following interviews through email > Brief phone interview > Interview with some people in my department > Interview with some Exec team members > Offer letter received > Background and drug urine test > Start dates

Applied online then within 2 days did a phone interview with HR. Almost 2 weeks later did an in-person interview. I felt that it went really well, the interview questions were easy to answer and it seemed that they liked my answers. The interview started with two people, I assume the head of marketing then the rest of the marketing team interviewed me. I thought it was great that they involved every person, including interns, in my interview. The next day I sent a thank you email, I was told they were making a decision on Friday (4 days away). Three weeks go by and haven't heard anything so I sent a follow up email and NOTHING! Another week goes by and I see they've updated their job post, so I just assume they're still looking. I wish they would of just told me up front once they knew I was no longer being considered.
