Completed a task to assess judgement and problem solving skills via e-mail as well as listening to a call to take notes on how the customer service rep handled the call.
Then invited to an assessment centre.

Two stage interview process.
The 1st was competency based. I demonstrated my ability to conduct LNA, create training strategy and workshops and deliver them, and analyse the results of training interventions.
The 2nd was consultative. I was asked many practical questions regarding how to improve the training and quality functions at Confero.

It was a group interview and we were given a test after a little lecture on what the role entails. Also, there was role playing with an angry customer on the phone
