Interview
Interview process was all virtual due to COVID-19. Interview process took about 1 week then it’s emails to verify if you are willing to join the company. After that, background check and once that clears, you proceed forward with the company’s handbook and documents to sign by a deadline.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Conduent (Colorado Springs, CO) in Sep 2017
Interview
Easy conversation going over what my previous work experience had been and why I thought I was qualified for the job. I was offered a job on the spot and went and completed my W-4 and everything else I needed and was scheduled for the next training class. Over all easy experience but I won't be with the company much longer after finding out how they run is a different story than I was told by recruiting.
