      Chat Assistant Interview

      May 2, 2017
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Lexington-Fayette, KY
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Conduent (Lexington-Fayette, KY) in May 2017

      Interview

The lady who called me was very nice. She setup the in-office interview schedule. On the day of the interview, they had me take 4 tests..a customer service test, a computer skills assessment, a 1-minute typing, and a 3-minute typing. In all 4 tests I did exceptionally well scoring over 90% with typing speed of 60 wpm. After the tests they had me speak to another very nice lady who asked situational questions and also some very basic technical questions. The third and last person they had me speak to was the deciding person/department supervisor, a close-bearded skin-headed young man who had a snobby attitude towards me. He asked questions that were rather naive and told me that he is strictly business and didn't care about anyone's personal life such as mine. What kind of man who says such things to someone he's never met? After having been in the office for about 3 hours--time well wasted--I realized the guy I will potentially be working for is going to be unprofessional, an authoritarian, and most likely racist. What he had said and did to me was uncalled for and I am extremely offended. I hope they fire that guy.
