Very quick response; interview was very precise and to the point. Did a brief phone interview and then called in to do a one on one interview with the property manager. After narrowing their search; I was called to do another phone interview with other questions regarding case scenarios and how I would handle them.

Interview
Very normal interview, asked about previous experience and customer service/sales experience. Interview was very casual. Just be sure to show up on time (early) and dressed appropriately. Hiring process was quick and simple, started training with two days of being offered the position.

Interview
The interview was a pleasant experience. They are willing to answer any questions you may have. After the interview the position was changed. It took multiple phone calls to the hiring manager to get any updates. Follow up was very important. The process was very lengthy from interview to start date. Overall it is worth it. It is a great company.
