Interview
I had a Phone interview with the regional director and then a face to face interview with the center director. It took a week in between the two and then about two weeks for the job offer. She kept telling me that I would find out for sure within the week but then never got back to me unless I called her to ask her the status.

With the face to face interview she didn't really ask me any questions, she just showed me around the building. Her office was a mess.
The interview was Pretty straightforward, very nice staff, the hiring manager was very nice & explained everything with great details. She explained the position to me and what will be expected. I was welcomed there and they made sure I felt comfortable with all the circumstances surrounding COVID

Interview
I met with the back office manager and the Dr. They asked a series of questions about myself and previous work.situations and customer.service questions. It was a week and a half went by and I had to contact them to know that I had a second interview.

Interview
I did a phone interview first and then set up a time to do the in person interview. I arrived 20 mins early my interview time was for 10am. Once seated she went over my resume which I was nervous about why I don't know but overall it went well I also got to meet an employee who was very nice and I liked her toured the building which was awesome overall things went well she talked as if she was going to give me the position
