I applied online. Had to wait for couple of weeks before getting the first technical interview by phone which was short. Then after a few days later (within a week), went for the face to face first hour of technical interview by group panel of 3 people. When they deemed that I'm technically competent, they gave me the 2nd hour behavior evaluation interview handled by 2 persons.

Give an example of situation where conflict was encountered and how you handle it.
Applied -> Take Home Assignment -> Final BEI interview. Recruiter was ok responsive, the team member was friendly during the interview, and I really like the conversation with them. They are very open when I get the chance to ask questions at the end, and open to share their experience with the company.

Interview
Three step process:
Screening with a hiring manager and a senior team member, followed by technical and then behavioral interviews. Overall very smooth and pleasant process if you've interviewed in similar fashion before, you'll do fine.

I submitted my resume on their career page. My interview was a group interview. The interview attendees were human resources and the hiring manager and another systems or application manager.
