Interview
I have to receive clearance to enter the area. I was greeted my the interviewer after being escorted by officer. I was interviewed by a two person panel. They asked me about myself and how I would I apply my skills to the job.
Even though I did not receive an offer, the interviewer let me know that I was not given the position due to my lack of experience. The position was given to a man with over 20 years experience (I was 25 at the time).

Interview
The interview process was just a phone interview. Management asked what my skills were and experience. Once I told them what I have accomplished, they wanted to bring me in.
