Interview
Interview process was pretty straight forward. Company is replacing my existing employer at the site I'm assigned. Was asked about my daily interactions and the types of issues I work with end users on.

Question 1
I initially accepted the offer and just asked if there was room for negotiation for salary since what they offered was a bit below what I currently make. After a few days the offer was rescinded with no real reason of why the offer was rescinded.
2 person interview
Heavy focus on data center networking abilities
Heavy focus on customer service experience and hospitality.
Each manager took turns asking questions about my background in hospitality as well as tech

Process was a little lengthy . Had a total of 4 interviews, 3 phone and 1 in person. The are thorough and straight to the point. Recuiter do get back to you in a timely manner.
