The HR screen at CET was a relaxed, conversational first round — more get-to-know-you than gatekeeping. We covered scheduling expectations and compensation range up front, which was refreshingly direct. No technical depth at this stage, as expected. Next rounds are still pending, so I can’t yet speak to the full process.
