I went through the first two stages: 1. Behavioural interview with HR/Recruitment: going over CV and background 2. Technical interview with a developer: general questions about software engineering (see examples below) I got a call giving me detailed feedback after being rejected at the 2nd stage. The whole interview experience was great and reflects very well on ComplyAdvantage as a company.

You'll start with a phone interview about the company activities and what you want to do within ComplyAdvantage. The person I had on the phone was very kind. You'll next move to a ~3h technical test on Codality, which is quite long but interesting. Even for a Machine Learning position, I had to answer to regular computer science tests. They are not over complicated but you may want to practice with Codality and Hackerrank before trying to pass the test. If you pass the test, you'll be invited within ComplyAdvantage office in London. I visited the old offices, which was not very pretty, but the company is moving in a better location, You will have 2 interview in one. The first on is about technical questions on your experience and on how you would address a use-case problem. Quite technical, but I'm happy they have been asking precise questions : it shows they really know what that are doing (seems obvious but not always the case in some companies) and what they are looking for. You will then have a HR interview, quite simple. Again, you will say what you want to do, what you have done in the past, what you want to do in the future.
