Interview
Applied online, received a call a couple days later. Two interviews, with a week in between. Took around 30-50 minutes each. Interview was with a DJ manager and the owner of the company. The owner was an especially great guy and the overall interview process felt relaxing and casual.
The pay was $120 for 4 hours with pay increase after additional hours. Ultimately, the possibility that I might have to drive over an hour (up to 2 hours) outside the area for weddings was a turnoff.

sent my resume in got a call 2 weeks later, I met with the GM2 weeks after that, then met with the owner a week later. When I got I trained for nearly a month then finally started to get paid. But now there is paid training.
