Compass Self Storage interview questions

The interview process was simple and straight forward. They prefer someone will sells experience but its not at needed for this job. The typical questions from most interviews are used followed by basic information about yourself.

Talked with VP of Field Operations first. Then met with upper management in home office to discuss what is expected of the district manager. Then meet with each department head to discuss their role working with each district manager.
