Recruiter could not have been more attentive and helpful during process, while also ensuring I knew what to expect with each phase. Recruiter even took time out of her holiday vacation to set up call and prep me for the second interview. Recruiter also sent me numerous emails full og resources, videos, questions, etc to prepare for. None of the information, company facts, or behavioral questions mentioned by Recruiter was even remotely touched on during interview with team lead. I knew within 5 min of the second interview, the team lead had already ruled me out based on my resume and/or had already hired for the position. I don't take it personally, but wish I was given a fair shot and my time was of value.
Thorough process, got to meet a lot of the team and everyone was kind. Did a phone screen and then two in person interviews before being given an offer. The interviews themselves were pretty casual, but it helped me understand who I would be working with.

it was an overall pleasant process. It started with questions about my background then we moved on to a mock cold call followed by a mock warm call. After we had a review of how it went. There was an opportunity for me to ask questions and the interviewer provided insightful feedback.
