I received a screening call in early August. Had a 1:1 with a member if the hiring team later that week, and then a final panel interview virtually 1 week later. I followed up with the recruiters after 1 week and 2 weeks from the final interview with no decision. 12 weeks later, the recruiter calls to see if I'm still interested in the position. Extremely unprofessional, disrespectful of time, and a strong indicator of the company culture.
