Virtual interview with two staff members for a duration of about one hour in total. Answering the usual interview questions as well talking about personal interests. After the first round of interview another virtual interview would be scheduled with higher staff members

Tell me about your past experiences? What are some improvements you made? Where do you see yourself in five years? Why do you want to work for us? Solve the following entry?
The interview was okay but when I emailed back after the initial interview to mention that I might be getting an offer from a different company and asked to move my 2nd interview date a bit earlier, things went south. My recruiter, Kristie, blew me off and said they are moving with other candidates. Old school vibes and not cool at all!

What a waste of time. First up was a long phone screen with a company recruiter. Then, a virtual interview with the hiring manager. I kept hearing about "all of these other candidates we still have to interview," yet the role has been re-posted several times. No clue what/who they're looking for.

Nothing out of the ordinary, really. Strengths & weaknesses. Why are you a good fit for the role?
Interview through zoom. Micro managing and unclear communication of employment expectations. Training program needs development so that you can get set up for success as opposed to setting up for failure
