Interview
The interviewer was unprofessional and barely asked any questions. In addition, they were on their phone for over half of the interview texting. I interviewed with Bon Appétit at Washington University in St. Louis (one of this company's sub-company's). I was told I had the position only for them to ghost me and have compass group send me an email that the position was no longer available.
Lots of questions about my goals. Long term and short term. Long interview. How well i can manage crowd. What's my attitude with customers. Many competency based questions. HAd to give examples for the situations and how i handled them.

Very smooth and accommodating. The interviewer was friendly and made me feel comfortable during the process by keeping me informed and trying to work around my schedule. I felt the interview process was very well organised.
