Casual not formal at all, interviewer was friendly and chatty. Was in their office. I don’t think they are asking any trick questions. Just be friendly and answer each question. Was not a long interview.

Pretty standard interview: 'why do you want to work here, have you got any relevant experience, etc'. Usually in a group interview setting then individual, but they sent me through the wrong dates and information so I only had an individual, one on one interview that lasted 10 minutes!

Question 1
All interview questions were very standard: Why do you want to work here, have you worked as a waitress before, what experience do you have that's relevant.
2 part interview with many canditates for many people. Some people went home but they ensured that we had the training that we needed. I ensured to wear very formal clothing.
Phone interview , they would call you a certain time . The question are quit basic .After that you will do online training which is 1hour paid .The interview is 10-15 minutes .
