The interview process was simple. The interview was conducted by one person, the interview questions more so customer situation based then I was required to complete an assessment in the form of an essay. I completed that within 10 minutes and offered the job within that same day

The first interview consist of answering questions about your previous working experience answering questions in regards to the scheduling and location of working environment, pay and the amount of time it takes for training to take place taking a test at the end.

I’ve actually was hoping to give a review for this company. I feel like I was discriminated against based on my health/ disability. I was interviewed by one of the owners, she was rude and focused on the wrong things in the interview. Would not recommend applying if you have a disability.

Interview
They call you to come in and meet with both owners at the company’s headquarters in Rockville. On the first interview you have to take a multiple choice test ( personality test) to get to a call for the second interview.
