I applied online. I interviewed at Community Roots Charter School
Interview
The interview process felt unnecessarily drawn out. After a lengthy phone screener that went 20 minutes over, I went for an in-person interview. During the interview, the principal was doodling on my resume and interrupted me several times. The teachers in the interview were unfriendly and disengaged.
