I had an initial interview with HR the same day I applied. She was great. We chatted over the phone for about 15 mins, mostly going over the job description & my experience. She emailed me later that day stating the hiring manager would like to schedule an interview with me. I met with 2 hiring managers over Zoom who both seemed like they had better things to do. They used the STAR method. Rapid fired nearly 20 questions & was told more than 5 times the importance of attendance. I lost interest in the interview after question #10.
