Community Development Institute interview questions

Scheduled for one hour phone interview with Director and two field associates. The posting made no mention of travel, which, when I asked, was told it was up to 50-80% of the time...kind of a big thing to not mention in a job posting, don’t you think? I felt the interview went well and was told I’d get a call within the week or so. That week came and went and despite a follow-up email re-expressing my interest and inquiring as to an update, they ghosted me. Not a total shock I guess these days but with no response to my follow-up, I wouldn’t have accepted the position on principle alone.
