I applied through other source. I interviewed at Community Development Institute (Denver, CO) in Nov 2018
Interview
Scheduled for one hour phone interview with Director and two field associates. The posting made no mention of travel, which, when I asked, was told it was up to 50-80% of the time...kind of a big thing to not mention in a job posting, don’t you think?
I felt the interview went well and was told I’d get a call within the week or so. That week came and went and despite a follow-up email re-expressing my interest and inquiring as to an update, they ghosted me.
Not a total shock I guess these days but with no response to my follow-up, I wouldn’t have accepted the position on principle alone.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Community Development Institute (Saint Petersburg, FL) in May 2012
Interview
I did not have a formal interview due to fact former agency lost grant. CDI, Inc came in from Federal Government to assist in transitioning our program between grant years. Interviews were done by a panel with groups of employees sitting at a table and being asked blanket yes no questions. Then explanations of the transition process were explained to the group of candidates sitting in front of the panel. When we left the panel we were offered the job we had with our previous employer and told salaries would be determined at a later time.
