I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Comcast (Houston, TX) in Sep 2023
Interview
Interview process was very prolonged, probably due to the fact of changing of leadership and the role. Initial interview was 4 rounds and then had to re-interview for 4 more rounds with hiring manager, HR, Senior Director and VP. In total took about 4-6 months.

Question 1
How and what measures will you able to take to be able to influence and manage teams that don't directly roll up under you in hierarchy.
It was pretty straight forward. One meeting with an executive and two meetings with hiring managers/team back to back that were an hour long. The second round was a series of questions about my background and scenarios.
