      Customer Account Executive - Tech Interview

      I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Comcast (Enfield, CT) in Mar 2015

      Interview

      I applied online and was sent an assessment via email about a week later. After the assessment I was called into an interview with about 9 other people. The interview started with a presentation outlining the company’s history, culture, and compensation. We were then split into two groups, one for 1 on 1 interviews, and the other for a tour of the call center. Then each group switched. Overall, the experience was pleasant and it made me excited about working for them.

      What process would you go through in assisting a customer who says their TV is on, but their screen is black?
