I submitted resume through a friend that worked there. HR called me to ask about setting up a phone screen. Phone screen was pretty basic, asking about my background, relevant experience and why I was qualified for the job. HR got back to me a week or two later to schedule an in-person interview. The in-person was with the middle and senior manager. I met with both of them in 1 meeting. I think I also met briefly with the team I would be working with, just so they could get a feel for my personality. Senior manager verified that I spoke Spanish by speaking to me in Spanish. They had technical and standard questions. I went in prepared and did just fine, got the offer. Later they told me there was someone else more qualified but they seemed boring. Evidently I gave a 'fun' vibe in the interview as well.
