One telephonic interview for shortlisting the candidate and then another round of telephonic based on behavioral questions. Last stage is done either face to face for local candidates or through skype for out of station candidates.

Behavioral questions asked on work lifestyle were actually shocking and at the same time difficult too.

Interview
I was selected in the online test and has appeared for two technical rounds and one HR round. They told us that you have to report to colt office after a week for the last formalities. when I went there, I get to know that still one final round is left for interview by the company director. They haven't informed this in company presentation.Not much questions were asked from me as I was the second last candidate to give the interview on that day. They were partial towards AMITY people. In company's presentation they have informed that 11 candidates would be selected for gurgaon location and 10 for Bangalore. On the final day they said that only 4 would be selected. I recommend don't apply for this company.
