The recruiters were pleasant and professional in the early stages but the hiring manager was cynical, interrogated and was quite unpleasant to speak to for a role I had previous experience in.
He seemed irritated and it made me wonder if he’d be a supportive boss.

It was one of the most pleasant and respectful interview experiences I’ve had. The empathy Coloplast shows toward patients is truly reflected in the way they approach their hiring process—warm, human, and thoughtful. I also appreciated the transparency and promptness of their communication. They did not wait to respond until the hiring process was complete.
