Interview
First phase face to face interview. Travelled an hour each way and had to take a day off work. Interviewed by the East region Sales Manager. The interview went well but I knew that I would have less experience than other applicants. I had the interview on a Friday and was told I’d be contacted by COB the next Monday. 2 weeks later I’ve heard nothing from them and they’re ignoring my emails, very rude and unprofessional.

Interview
The interview process was pretty direct. You meet with the company recruiter, for a screen to confirm your a competent match for the position. Then a more detail interview with the hire manager. If you get move on you will meet with the HR and Region manager

Good process. More communication than most. Expectations clearly laid out. They informed me about what the various stages of the process would look like and who I would meet. They took the time to answer my questions. It was challenging but I had a good experience.
