Colonial First State Service Delivery Manager interview questions

Initial chat with internal recruiter over phone a couple of days after submitting application. Very high level, there had been some issues with the job posting. Follow up email and call from another recruiter a week or two after that, setting up an in person interview. In person interview with hiring manager and a colleague of theirs. Very laid back, behavioural style interview, asking about previous experiences.
