Since I was hired as a contractor through a third party initially, I did not really have an interview process. I called the recruiter and emailed my resume. Then was called back about a week later to come in, review the job in more detail, and take a drug test. I have helped with the interview process though so I know we greet the interviewees in the main building. A dedicated person is assigned to accompany the person to the interview area where we make small chat.
