Invited to an assessment day after submitting an application. Assessments included a group activity, 1-1 'speed dating' interview, practical written assignment and group presentation about the company values. The day lasted from 09:30 until 16:00 and included a tour of the site. The team was friendly and engaging, but the experience was dampened by the team informing us at the start of the day that there were only 2 positions available despite more than 20 of us attending.
