The process started by a Remote interview followed by onsite. It seems to vary drastically depending on which group you are trying to join. Some of the questions were technical questions, it was mostly a behavioral interview though.
Focus on Understanding of systems of systems and how they are deployed in aerospace. Also, how to manage risks on programs. Thats pretty much everything they asked me. Its going going gone.
The interview was good. But interviewer was asking about basic mathematics and statistics questions which is relevant but not required at senior level..and the question was selected from internet. Technical round they have not asked anything about system engineering
