Brief phone interview. Asked straightforward questions. At the end, was invited for onsite tour and second round of technical questions. Interview was easier than expected with very fundamental questions about thermodynamics.

Why did you decide to apply to this position with a different background than required?
The interview was scenario based, asking mainly about my past experience. The initial interview was 30 minutes with three people on a panel. Overall seemed very enthusiastic about the company.

Zoom interview with hiring manager, pretty laid back and easy experience. No follow up interviews. Easy process and onboarding was very simple. Didn’t waste any time and signed over 9 months in advance
Group task, Individual Presentation, Individual final interview. Inlcuding a site visit. Spoke to current graduates/ new employees from different sectors of the business. Overall average difficulty quite a few people at once on the day
