3 interviewers at the same time asked behavioral questions. One was the hiring manager and two senior engineers. What would you do in this situation type questions. Briefly asked about if I knew anything about 3D design.

It was a 2-round interview, HR then the hiring manager.

After the resume screening, a recruiterbwill send an additional form that also has questions requring an online, self recorded video. You are given a prompt and then have to record yourself answering it. There were 4-5 questions like that.
