      Executive Assistant Interview

      Oct 31, 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Washington, DC
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at College Board (Washington, DC) in Oct 2016

      Interview

The interview process was lengthy - 4 interviews in 4 weeks. Two of the interviews were phone interviews, and the remaining two were in-person. Each interview was with a different member of the College Board staff. Each interview was about 20 minutes long. I asked each interviewer for their impressions of the culture at College Board.

Thank you for your feedback. We agree that cell phones should not be used during an interview and regret that the director was distracted by her cell phone. We will remind the team of the impact of these distractions.
