I waleked in Collections Etc , they welcomed me. I filled out a application I met with my interviewer she asked me why would I be a candidate for Collections Etc, asked me about my past work history. I did a phone call with one of the employees got offered the job and filled out paperwork.

Fast and direct. Answered online ad, got called in for interview. No hard questions as they wanted people for holiday season. Started at next training session within 10 days. Btw if hired initial training was a challenge. About two weeks in a classroom learning their computer system. Since I hadn't seen a classroom in decades it was no cakewalk. But it was a supportive environment and it all worked out fine.
