application was farely simple, i received a zoom interview and we had a fair conversation about previous experience, followed up with sample emails/writing samples. it was overall pretty straight forward

How would you respond to a customer that was very upset a product they ordered hadn't arrived and wanted to speak to a manager?
It was very quick and relatively easy, the people that are interviewing you are very friendly. I sent in my application first and then a day later I had to schedule an interview. The interviewee also got back to me with a hiring decision a day later as well.
