Look, I usually don't respond to the sweatshop-like staffing company emails, this time I got an email from an average joe, without the usual disorganized copypaste JD with the must-have yellow highlighter. The screening call was the most unprofessional call that I've ever seen. In the case of a $100k+ business, several minimum requirements should be equally applicable to all parties involved. One of those is using clear communication, including proper equipment. That day, that was not provided to me. 'interviewer_80' (or similar) voice was not audible, and the other interviewer, who was passive but clearly audible and understandable, did not take their role. This created a frustrating environment for all of us, everything else is just a consequence. I really like to tell my journey, my experience, lessons that I learned, what motivates me, discuss a specific topic, etc. We ended up doing neither of those.
