I came in for 2 rounds of interviews. First I was on the phone in their office speaking to someone who wasn't even there. Then the last round was a 1 to 1. I felt like the 1 to 1 felt off because the guy interviewing me talked too much about themselves, and didn't really ask much in terms of my capabilities to do the job I was there for. Also, they didn't have the decency of at least emailing me that I didn't get chosen, or at least respond to my emails. I wouldn't go back if they can't be bothered to answer an email which says a lot about how they actually run that branch.
