So I applied off campus and it starts with a basic aptitude test followed by an Interview with a Collabera manager and if you are through ends with a HR call telling about your CTc and benefits (that's what when I applied)

It was a friendly interview. More like a normal conversation. She was just checking the communication and confidence. First round was an online test, second was the group discussion and third was the final interview with the HR.
