First contact was done by recruiting agency, following by video call with HR Business Partner from Colgate, and after - interview with GM of Rep. Office in Azerbaijan. Successful completion of these steps led me to an interview in regional office. Unfortunately, the process was with numerous flaws, including breach of confidentiality (disclosing my application to the position to my colleagues by HR BP) also poor management of timelines for interviews (request to fly to regional office for interview on the next day after the phone call). Bad experience, didn't expect such unprofessionalism from Colgate.
