mostly on difficult customers. they do wanna understand how will you manage or handle your customers. Overall it was an average interview. Were some scenario based questions too.
Quick 30 minute chat with the store manager, Mainly regarding availability. I was 17 at the time so they just cared about me being available on weekends and some weeknights.
The interview process was quite lengthy. You have group and one on one interviews. They both happen on the same day. Takes around 1-2 weeks to hear back from them.
