Applied online through Coles Careers, did an interview with the line manager and received the job a week later via email. Didn't need to do an interview with the store manager, but that could be because my position was entry level.

Asked simple questions like why coles? why this role? tell me about yourself.
They just asked a few questions such as what my hobbies were, what i am currently doing right now and then I was soon after offered a role. It was pretty easy
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Coles Group (Brighton, Victoria)

Pretty standard entry level job interview. Questions concern availability for shifts, capacity with the jobs required of the position and ability to engage with the public when they behave in less than charitable ways more than previous experience or career progression and goals
